Jon Wesley Littlejohn, 56, of Fort Worth, passed away Sunday August 9, 2009, in a local hospital. Jon was born July 16, 1953 in Spartanburg, South Carolina, to Patrick and Ida Littlejohn. He served his country in the United States Army and the National Guard. Jon worked with the Coppell police and fire departments and later retired as the Coppell City Marshal. He was currently serving with the U.S. Marshal Service.
His parents and brother, Francis Littlejohn precedes him in death.
Jon is survived by wife of 17 ½ , Helen Elaine; daughter, Adenike; sister, Sally Dorsey and husband, Keith; brother, Richard Littlejohn; and a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, August 15, 2009, in the Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel, Weatherford, Texas. Visitation will be 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Friday, at the funeral home.
