John Marshall Brewster

  John Marshall Brewster, 69, of Weatherford, passed away Wednesday, June 10, 2020, in a Fort Worth hospital. 

  Memorial service: 2:00 p.m., Saturday, June 13, 2020, at The Abbey Church, 10400 Jacksboro Highway, Fort Worth, Texas 76135. 

  John was born February 8, 1951, in Somerset, Kentucky, to Thomas Mayo and Marilyn Flynn Brewster. He was the minister at Outreach of Love Church where he invested his heart and soul into people. John was an accomplished pianist. 

  He was preceded in death by his father and step-mother, Tom and Linda Brewster, and his son in law, Eric Werne. 

  John leaves behind his loving and devoted wife of 46 years, Linda Brewster; children, Traci Werne, Priscilla Brewster, and Jonathan Brewster; mother, Marilyn Brewster; sister, Judy Hertel and husband, John; step-sister, Karen Pryor and husband, Donnie; and grandchildren, Hope and Elissa Werne. John is also survived by a multitude of nieces and nephews, church family, friends, and children, who called him Dad and Poppy.
