John Edward Toleikis, age 90, of Weatherford, died Tuesday, July 8, 2008, in the local hospital. Born September 15, 1917, in Highland Park, Michigan, a resident of Texas for several years, he was a retired crane operator for Ford Motor Company, a life member of the VFW Post 1136, and enjoyed fishing.
Survivors: daughter, Sharon Hilton and husband, Jim of Omar, Michigan; son, Ken Toleikis and wife, Joyce of Weatherford; two grandchildren and four step grandchildren, and two great grandchildren and five step great grandchildren.
Memorial Service: 11:00 a.m., Saturday, at the funeral home.
