Cliff was born on June 17, 1960 in Reidsville, Georgia to Levy and Rebecca Miller. He attended Pinewood Christian Academy where he was an All-Star athlete. He maintained many close friends there to his last days. On August 27, 1988, he married the love of his life, Katie Hodges, and together they had three wonderful children, Hannah, Christian and Mitchell.
