Jason Boyd Smith

  Jason Boyd Smith, 41, of Weatherford, passed away Sunday, June 7, 2020. 

Visitation: 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, June 10, 2020, at Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel. Funeral service: 2:00 p.m., Thursday, June 11, 2020, at Adell Community Fellowship. Memorials may be made to Challenged Sportsmen of America. 

  Jason was born April 10, 1979, in Fort Worth. He often attended Adell Community Fellowship. Jason was an avid outdoorsman, he especially enjoyed hunting, fishing, and taxidermy work. 

  He was preceded in death by his father, Boyd Smith; grandfather, Paul Davidson; and his uncle, Dobber Morris. 

  Jason is survived by his son, Kason Smith; mother and stepfather, Linda and Joe Friddle; sisters, Judy Harris and husband, Shane and Lorie Smith; brother, Jason Friddle; grandmother, Granny Jo; nieces and nephews, Brayden Kennington and girlfriend, Allison, Belcher, Trevor Green, Tyler Kennington, all of Weatherford, Ty Friddle and Savannah Friddle of Knox City and Colton Harris and wife, Cierra, also of Weatherford; and great nephew, Collyn Harris. Jason is also survived by a host of extended family members and very close friends.
