James Edward Neill

James Edward Neill, 81, passed from this life on Saturday, January 7, 2023. James was born May 30, 1941, in Authon, Texas to James Clifford Neill and Edra Geneva (Byars) Neill. He proudly served his country in the United States Army. James worked as a Construction Supervisor and was a "Jack of All Trades." He was a member of the American Legion and enjoyed fishing and hunting. James will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

James is survived by his children, Steven Burchette and Nuggett Neill, both of Burleson, Texas; brother, Jerry Neill of Haslet, Texas; and sister, Barbara Brandt of Oneonta, New York.

James was preceded in death by his parents, James and Edra Neill, and also his brother, Larry Neill, in 2014.
