Homer Youngblood

  Homer J. Youngblood, 89, of Millsap, passed away Friday, October 28, 2011. Homer was born October 15, 1922, in Olney, Texas, to Anna Belle and John Youngblood.

  Mr. Youngblood was a businessman, community leader and minister. He owned and operated the lumber yard and hardware store in Millsap. He was a veteran of World War II.

  Survivors include his children, Sharon Frazier of Fort Worth, Glenda Trevathan and husband, Leneal of Mineral Wells, Jerry Youngblood, and Tom Youngblood of Weatherford; seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

  A graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Monday, October 31, 2011, in Fairview Cemetery.
