Henry Edward Mayers

  Henry Edward Mayers, 57, of Weatherford, died Wednesday, January 17, 2007, at his residence. Henry was born May 7, 1949, in Dennis, Texas, he was a retired truck driver and loved to fish and play bingo. 

  He is survived by his wife, Sissy Mayers of Weatherford; daughters, Lanetta McClellon of Weatherford, Becky Forsyth of Cresson, and Carrie Long of Millsap; son, Scooter Long of Cresson; sisters, Helen Cook of Weatherford, Kathy Plowman of Millsap, Ida Mayers of Mineral Wells, Wanda Long of Millsap, and Linda Mayers of Greenville; brothers, Harold Mayers of Greenville, Harvey Mayers of Fort Worth, Thomas Mayers of San Angelo, and Jimmy Mayers of Weatherford; six grandchildren and one great grandchild.

  Funeral service 2:00 p.m., Saturday, January 20, 2007, in the Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel. Visitation 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Friday, at Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel. Interment in Johnson Cemetery.
