Hazel and Emma Russell passed away on August 14, 2019 surrounded by their family. A graveside service will be held on Friday, August 16, 2019 at Curtis Cemetery beginning at 10:00 a.m. Hazel and Emma were the twin daughters of Brandon and Chelsey Russell.
