Harrison Estol Mullins

Harrison Estol Mullins, 84, of Weatherford passed away on January 15, 2019.

Service will be held on Friday, January 18, 2019, at Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel, in Weatherford beginning at 2:00 p.m., followed by interment at Memory Gardens. Visitation will be held Friday, beginning at 12:00 p.m.

Harrison was born on April 5, 1934, in Kimball, West Virginia, to Estol Mullins and Louise Smith. He went to the army straight out of high school. Harrison married Betty Greene and together they had two sons, Barry and Michael. He later opened a truck stop and expanded that to four. Harrison spent most of his time driving between the stops supervising, a lot of the time having his dog, Muscles, right next to him. Above all, he enjoyed spending time with his grandkids.

Harrison was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Charles.

Survivors include his loving wife, Betty; sons, Barry Mullins (Lynette) and Michael Mullins (Judy); sisters, Sadie, Maddie, and Linda; grandchildren, Lyndsie (Josh), Summer, Ashley, Amber, Brittney, and Estol; great-grandchildren, Blake, Blair, and Morgan; and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
