Harold Lloyd Brinkley Sr.

Harold Lloyd Brinkley, Sr., 81, of Weatherford, died Thursday, June 3, 2010, at his home in Weatherford. 

Harold was born November 12, 1928, in Fort Worth, Texas. He was a retired senior engineer at Lockheed Martin and a member of South Main Church of Christ. He enjoyed RV traveling, gardening and wood working. 

His grandson, James Harold Godi, precedes him in death. 

Survivors: wife, Margery Brinkley of Weatherford; daughter, Paula Godi of Weatherford; sons, Harold Brinkley, Jr. of Fort Worth, and Mark Brinkley and wife, Nancy of Buda, Texas; sister, Wanda Sue Voss of Pasadena, Texas; two grandchildren; and five great grandchildren. 

Funeral service 2:30 p.m., Sunday, June 6, 2010, at South Main Church of Christ. 

Visitation 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Saturday, at Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel. 

Memorials: Singing School Scholarship fund or Benevolence Fund at South Main Church of Christ.
