Glenna Fern Wooten, 81, passed away Monday, September 19, 2022. She was born February 17, 1941, in Pampa, Texas, to James Scott and Eva Dell Mitchell Scott. Glenna was a registered nurse for many years. She worked at Campbell Memorial Hospital, Palo Pinto General Hospital, and Cook Children's Hospital. Glenna was an active member of South Main Church of Christ and Fort Worth Gem and Mineral Club.
She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Shana Dell Allen, husband, Jimmy Ray Wooten; and her brother, Gale Scott.
Glenna is survived by her children, James Ray Wooten and wife, Lori, Richard Wayne Wooten, and April Diane Adair and husband, Tim; son in law, Stephen Scott Allen; brother, Dale Scott and wife, Jane; sister in law, Betty Scott; grandchildren, Richard Wayne Wooten, Jr., Brandi Edwards and husband, Michael, Conner Frantz and husband, Lewis, Stephanie Johnson and husband, Stephan, James Michael Wooten and wife, Katie, Bailey Harmon, Jaden Norris, Bryan Allen and wife, Trije, Kelsey Steinbach and husband, Logan, Tyler Adair, Alex Adair, Clayton Adair and wife, Baylee, and Max Adair; as well as numerous great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
Visitation: 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Thursday, September 22, 2022 at Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel.
Funeral service: 10:00 a.m., Friday, September 23, 2022 at Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel with burial to follow in East Greenwood Cemetery.
