Glenda Dalton Royal

  Glenda Dalton Royal given to this world on September 29, 1943 was called home by God on April 1, 2011. She was a homemaker and a loving wife and mother. Known to all as Granny, Glenda joins in heaven her late husband, Wilcey Royal; parents, Fletcher and Mary Dalton; sister and brother in law, Barbara and Jerry Thomas. 

  Granny leaves behind a son, Wayne “Butch” Blocker, Jr. and wife, Susan of Abilene; two daughters, Suzie Martin and husband, Terry of Mineral Wells and Kimmy Blocker Dalton of Dublin; honorary daughter, Celinda Morrow and husband, Kevin; honorary son in law, Barry Whitehead; sister, Sue Edy of Louisiana; grandchildren, Samantha, Wes, Jake, Jessica, Stormy, Starla, Cody and wife, Tiffany, Justin and Tacy; and great grandchildren, Tyler, Kayden, Lane, Katy, Nathan, and Natalie.
 
  Graveside service: 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, April 6, 2011, at East Greenwood Cemetery in Weatherford, with Jimmy Holleman officiating.
