Gertrude M. “Margaret” Echols, 84, of Weatherford, died Thursday, December 27, 2007 in a Weatherford hospital after a long illness. Margaret was born January 10, 1923 in Moulton, Texas. She married Grady O. Echols and had one daughter, Jean. She was a wonderful loving wife and mother, grandmother and great grandmother, and will be missed by her whole family. Margaret was a homemaker and a Catholic.
She is survived by husband, Grady Echols; daughter, Jean C. Jones; granddaughter, Amy Liggett; grandson, Kevin Liggett; great granddaughter, Sage Liggett; four sisters, Maurine Russell, Lillian Long, Joann Cagle, and Shirley Keene.
Funeral service 2:00 p.m., Sunday, at Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel.
