Geraldine Cotter

  Geraldine Cotter, age 77, of Weatherford, died Friday afternoon, July 30, 2010, in a Fort Worth Hospital. Born September 15, 1932 in Parker County, a resident of Austin before moving to Weatherford in 2004. 

  She was a homemaker, retired teacher and Cafeteria Manager for the Austin Independent School District for 20 years. She was a member of North Side Baptist Church and she loved sewing.  

  Geraldine was preceded in death by her parents, Dennis and Tellola Stevens; son, Clifford Mark Cotter; and sister, Ruth Mardell Stevens.  

  Survivors: husband, Gene Cotter of Weatherford; daughter, Dena McRoberts and husband, Shawn of Forney; brother, Weldon Duane Stevens of Port Orchard, Washington; and two grandchildren, Brittany Dawn McRoberts and Austin Cotter McRoberts.  

  Funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Monday, August 2, 2010, in the North Side Baptist Church with interment in Memory Gardens. Visitation will be 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., on Sunday, August 1, 2010, at the funeral home.
