Genevieve Pauline Matthews, 92, passed away February 11, 2019. Genevieve was born January 9, 1927, to Paul McKinnley Wright and Jewel Wright.
A funeral will be conducted at Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel, February 14, 2019, beginning at 2:00 p.m. Prior, a visitation will be held beginning at 1:00 p.m.
She was preceded in death by her husband, George Scott Matthews.
Survivors include her son, Vernon Carrol Matthews(Elaine); granddaughters, Christy Fairchild and Jane Mitchell; sisters, Imogene Preston and Charniece Jasper; sister-in-law, Peggy Wright; and a host of loving friends.
