Geneva Neill

  Geneva Neill, 88, of Weatherford, died Wednesday, June 25, 2008, in an Azle nursing facility. Born May 12, 1920, in Weatherford, where she was a life long resident. She was a homemaker, retired from the civil service and a very active member of Calvary Baptist Church, serving on many church committees. 

  She was preceded in death by her parents, two brother, two sisters, and a grandson. 

  Survivors: daughter, Barbara Brandt and husband, David of Oneonta, New York; sons, James Neill of Mineral Wells, Larry Neill and wife, Nancy of Weatherford, and Jerry Neill and wife, Vickie of Haslet; 10 grandchildren; numerous great and great great grandchildren; special niece, Norma Russell and a good friend, Woodie Spradlin; numerous other relatives and friends.    

  Funeral service: 10:00 a.m., Saturday, June 28, 2008, at Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel, with Bro. Cris Powell officiating. Visitation: 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., Friday, June 27, 2008, at the funeral home. Interment: Curtis Cemetery.
