Galvin Glaze, 22 years old, entered the gates of Heavenly rock & roll on February 8th, 2024. Galvin was a graduate of Cross Timbers Academy. After graduation, he began the journey of becoming an Electrician working for Daine Electric. Galvin was an avid outdoorsman. He loved all things to do with nature and he loved working outside. He loved trains from the time he was a young boy, to the end of his journey here on earth. He loved bowling with his family and friends, he absolutely loved rocking out on a guitar, and he also loved all things Batman.
Galvin was a sweet soul in this world. He was always the first to give a hug or lend a helping hand. He was always the one to pay attention to what others needed. Galvin loved to teach others, and he also loved learning from them as well. He had the best smile to go with the purest heart. Fly High sweet soul!!!
Galvin is survived by his mom and dad, Cherisse and Bryce Glaze of Weatherford, Texas; brother, Joel Glaze of Norfolk, Virginia Naval Station; Great Grandma, Lou Ann Howell; Mamaw, Lisa Howell; bonus grandparents, Phil and Mellisa Waldron; aunt and uncle, Erica and Ricky Howell; aunt, J.J, all of Weatherford, Texas; and aunt and uncle, Misty and Scotty Hanson of Ohio.
He is also survived by his sweetheart, Brielle Billings, and her two beautiful children, Oliver and Valentine of Weatherford, Texas; as well as, lots of cousins, friends, and loved ones.
The family would like to give a very special thanks to Galvin’s best friend, Harley Binder, for being a mentor and 2nd brother to Galvin, and being strong for all of us during this time. You were a blessing to Galvin and still are to all of our family. Also, a special thanks to Jon and Tabetha Oster for being a 2nd family for Galvin to be loved by.
Galvin was preceded in eternal rest by his Great Grandpa, Norman Howell, and his Pawpaw, Ricky Howell, Sr.
The family invites everyone who wishes to join them in a celebration of life for Galvin on Saturday, February 17th, 2024, 2:00 p.m., at Newberry Cumberland Presbyterian Church, 1301 Newberry Rd., Millsap, Texas 76066.
