G. Burl Robinson

  G. Burl Robinson, 74, of Weatherford, died Saturday, December 29, 2007, in a Fort Worth hospital. Burl was born March 16, 1933 in Springtown, Texas; he was a lifelong resident of Parker County. Burl was a paint contractor and a member of Springtown Church of Christ. 

  He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Sue Robinson of Weatherford; son, Mickey Robinson and wife, Geraldine of Weatherford; granddaughter, Kristin Robinson; sister, Nona Trammell of Joshua; brother, J.B. Robinson and wife, Dorothy of Granbury; and brother-in-law, J.B. Harrington and wife, Ruth of Farmington, New Mexico.   

  Funeral Service: 10:00 a.m., Monday, December 30, 2007, in the Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel, with Minister J.B. Harrington officiating. Visitation: 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Sunday, at the funeral home. Interment will be in East Greenwood Cemetery.
