Faye Collins, 65, of Weatherford, died Sunday, December 31, 2006, in a Fort Worth hospice facility.
Funeral service 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, January 3, 2007, Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel. Visitation 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel, with interment Gorman Cemetery.
Born July 13, 1941, in Gorman, Texas, she was a homemaker and a member of City View Freewill Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband, Jimmy Don Collins of Weatherford; mother, Ellavee Shugart of Lorena; sisters, Donnell Faulkenberry of Lorena and Darlene Tarpley of Star; and several nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Memorials may be made to the Diabetic Foundation, Heart Association or the American Cancer Society.
