Estella Rodden

  Estella Rodden, 93, passed from this life on Friday, January 26, 2024, into the arms of our Lord and Savior. She was born May 13, 1930, in Decatur, Texas, to Thomas Laird and Myrtle (Malone) Laird.

  Estella was preceded in death by her husband, Floyd Duane Rodden. She is survived by her two sons: Ferrell Rodden and his wife, Danita of Morrison, Tennessee; Darrin Rodden and his wife, Janet of Fort Worth, Texas; three grandchildren: Russell Rodden, Randy Rodden, and Allison Eldridge; six great-grandchildren: Lyndon, Zadok, Lucy, Ezekiel (Zeke), Audrey, and Alexander (Xander); and a niece, Monette Laird Fisher of Springtown, Texas.

  A funeral ceremony will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, February 17, 2024, at the Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel, in Weatherford, Texas.

  Visitation is scheduled for Friday, February 16, 2024, 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m., also at the funeral chapel.
