  Elbert Lynn Walker, 84, died Thursday, October 20, 2022, at his Mineral Wells home with his family by his side. Lynn was born August 1, 1938, in Nolan County, Texas, to Henry Lee and Ruby Love Walker.

  Lynn was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, who lived for his family and their happiness. He loved working in the yard and refinishing old furniture he would find at estate sales or that someone would give to him to refinish. Let's not forget he loved his clocks and his dog, Sugar Bear.

  He was preceded in death by his parents; mother of his children, Joanne; and his siblings, Eva, Clovis, Cliff, Joyce, Beth, JoAnn, and Merle.

  Lynn is survived by his wife, Betty Lois Walker; children, Debbie McGaha, Michael (Kittisia) Walker, Diane (Chris) Latham, and Patricia (Tom) Clemmer; grandchildren, Miranda (Michael), Samantha (Mathew), Zachary, Ramsey (Chris), Michael (Melody), Steven (Ashley), and Carlee; great grandchildren, Jaxie, Gage, Sloan, Marley, Avery, Ellie, London, Jayden, and Delilah. Lynn is also survived by a number of nieces, nephews, and cousins.

  A memorial service is scheduled for October 30, 2022, at 3:00 p.m., at Immanual Baptist Church, 1413 S.E. 16th Street, in Mineral Wells, Texas.
