Edith Ray Pierce

  Edith Ray Pierce, 80, a retired LVN of Granbury, died Thursday, April 26, 2007, in a Fort Worth Hospital.

  Graveside service: 10:30 a.m., Saturday, April 28, 2007, in Aledo Brown Cemetery. Visitation 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., Friday, April 27, 2007, in the Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel.

  Mrs. Pierce was born March 19, 1927, in Swenson, Texas, to J.V. and Oma Faye Norris. She lived in Aspermont, Texas all her life until she retired and moved to Granbury. She was a Nurse and a member of the Church of Christ.

  Survivors: sisters, Barbara Brown and Betty Jo Norris, both of Aledo, Virgie Malone of Weatherford, and Connie McKeehan of Granbury; brother, Kenn Norris of Sanderson; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
