Edith N. Roberson

  Edith N. Roberson, 87, of Springtown, died Saturday March 10, 2007, in a local hospital. Born March 18, 1919, in Kentucky, she was a resident of Parker County for many years. Edith was a retired a bookkeeper in the engineer department for Motorola and then worked for Wal-Mart for 10 years. She was a semi pro softball player and loved to race sports cars. 

  Edith is survived by her sons, James Roberson and wife, Lydia of Springtown and Paul David Roberson and wife, Susan of Azle; four grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

  Graveside service: 2:30 p.m., Tuesday, March 13, 2007, in the Azleland Cemetery.
