Eddie Louis Reeves, Sr.

 Eddie Louis Reeves, Sr., 56, of Weatherford, died Wednesday, April 28, 2004, in the VA Medical Center in Dallas. Born November 26, 1947, in Weatherford, he was a Baptist and a Vietnam veteran serving in the U.S. Army. Eddie was a 17-year employee with the City of Weatherford and a two-year employee of H & T Riddle.

 He is survived by his wife of 32 years, Diana Reeves of Weatherford; daughter, Alice Estell Reeves of Weatherford; son, Eddie Louis Reeves, Jr. of Weatherford; grandchildren, James Anderson Lee Reeves and Kylie LeahAnn Reeves of Weatherford; brother, Charles Reeves of Weatherford; niece, Theresa Dennett; nephews, Dan and Kevin Reeves of Weatherford; aunts, Bessie VanZant and Mary Hamilton; uncle, Joe Wolfenberger; and numerous cousins.

 Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Sunday May 2, 2004, in the Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel with interment in Zion Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Saturday, May 1, 2004, at the funeral home. Galbreaith Pickard in charge of arrangements.
