Dorothy Gale Heine

  Dorothy Gale Heine, 60, of Weatherford, went to be with the Lord, surrounded by friends and family after a courageous battle with cancer, on Monday, March 28, 2011 in a Fort Worth Hospital. 

  Born November 15, 1950 in Weatherford, where she had lived all her life. She was a homemaker, former Cosmetology Instructor in the Weatherford Independent School District and Arlington Independent School District and Co Owner of Heine Propane. Dorothy was a member of the Baker Baptist Church, Cosmetology Instructors of Public School and State and National Texas Industrial Vocational Instructors.

  Survivors: husband, Scott Heine of Weatherford; two daughters, Donna Monroe and husband, Lee of Weatherford and Jodi Black and husband, Sonny of Weatherford; one son, Donnie Heine and wife, Ann of Weatherford; mother, June Gibson of Weatherford; sister, Sue Brothers and husband, Mark of Granbury; brother, Wendell Gibson and wife, Barbara of Weatherford and 13 grandchildren.

  Funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, April 1, 2011, in the Baker Baptist Church with interment in Long Creek Cemetery. Visitation will be 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Thursday, March 31, 2011, at the funeral home.
