Doris Etheline Ruth, 93, of Weatherford, passed away Monday, May 15, 2017.
Funeral service: 10:00 a.m., Thursday, May 18, 2017 in the Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel with interment to follow in Turner Cemetery. Visitation: 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Wednesday at the funeral home.
Doris was born November 21, 1923, in Weatherford, to Marion and Henry-Etta Jones. She worked for Campbell Memorial Hospital as a care giver for many years. Doris was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church and enjoyed working in her yard.
She was preceded in death by her parents, numerous siblings, and a daughter in law, Linda Ruth.
Doris is survived by her sons, Warren Ruth and Vincent Ruth; four grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren.
