Dora Mae Messimer

  Dora Mae Messimer, age 92, passed from this life on Friday, April 17, 2015 at a local hospital. Dora was born March 5, 1923, in Ada, Oklahoma, to Bruce and Melinda Gouge. She loved her family and enjoyed sewing, crocheting and cooking. 

  Dora is survived by her daughter, Jan Messimer of Weatherford; sons, Eddy Messimer of Granbury, Mike Messimer and wife, Donna, and Tommie Messimer both of Weatherford, Texas; sisters, Dorothy Baker of Ft. Worth, Edith Bright of Arlington, Linda Bradshaw of Joshua; brother, Perry Gouge of Weatherford; eight grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.

Funeral Service: 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, April 22, 2015 at the North Main Church of God. 
Interment: East Greenwood Cemetery. 
Visitation:  6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, April 21, 2015 at Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel.
