David Michael Henson, 71, of Willow Park, passed away on January 31, 2023, peacefully in his sleep.

David was born in Gainesville, TX and went to school in Graham, TX. He married Donna Jobe in 1972, and remained by her side for 50 years until his death. David served in the United States Navy for 8 years, on the USS Nimitz and USS Sellars, traveling the world as a Machinist Mate. He worked the majority of his adult life in sales, primarily in heavy equipment, maintaining a wide network of customers that usually became lifelong friends. David was a loyal and faithful confidant to many, a wonderful father and husband, a hard worker, and there were no lengths he wouldn’t go to help anyone in need.

David is survived by his wife Donna, son Michael, daughter-in-law Zoe, grandchildren Adrian and Evette, numerous nieces, nephews, and friends. He was a brother to Kenneth, Larry, and Vicki. He was preceded in death by his oldest son John, first grandson John Jr., parents Jean and Howard, and sisters Carole and Sonja.

He will never be forgotten; eternal be his memory.
