Darrell Thouvenel

  Darrell Thouvenel, 60, of Weatherford, died Sunday, August 13, 2006, in the local hospital. Born July 24, 1946, in Muskogee, Oklahoma, a resident of Parker County for many years, Darrell was a member of Hillcrest Church of Christ and a retired road foreman for Parker County Precinct 3. 

  His mother Christine Thouvenel precedes him in death. 

  Funeral service: 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, in the Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel. Interment: Greenwood Community Cemetery. Visitation 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, in the Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel.

  He is survived by wife, Dee Thouvenel of Weatherford; daughter, Lana Tasker and husband, Rick of Denver, Colorado; stepsons, Gary Roe, Jr. and wife, Lisa of Weatherford, Cory Roe and wife, Jennifer of Millsap, and K.J. Roe and wife, Kerrie of Lone Camp, Texas; father, John Thouvenel of Weatherford; sisters, Adlois Parker of Crowley, Loreta Massie and husband, Sammy of Brock, Janel Thouvenel of Brock, and LaNel Shires and husband, Zack of Brock; brother, Alton Thouvenel and wife, Judy of Aledo; and four grandchildren.
