Curtis Charles Pugh

  Curtis Charles Pugh, 72, of Weatherford, passed away Monday January 26, 2009 in the local hospital. Born May 2, 1936 in Anniston, Alabama, he was a resident of Parker County for many years. Curtis was a truck driver for many years and a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church. 

  He was preceded in death by his mother, Christine Annie Pugh in November 2008; father, Charles Edward Pugh; mother and father-in-law, Wheeler and Jackie Ames; two brothers and five sisters.  

  Curtis is survived by his wife of 37 years, Sandie Pugh of Weatherford; sons, Jerry Pugh of Weatherford, Joe Pugh and wife, Lisa of Houston; sister, Robin McNealy and husband, Jim of Sacramento, California; and two grandsons, Curtis Michael and Hayden Pugh.

  Graveside service: 2:00 p.m., Monday, February 2, 2009, at Curtis Cemetery. Visitation: 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., Sunday, at Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel.
