Curtis Dee Allen, age 71, passed peacefully from this life into the loving arms of the Lord on December 9, 2025. He was born on October 6, 1954, in Hot Springs, Arkansas, and proudly served his country as a member of the United States Army.
Curtis was not only a devoted husband, father, and grandfather but also a cherished friend to many. He was deeply loved and will be profoundly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him. His life’s passions were his family, friends, fishing and his boats.
Curtis was preceded in death by his parents, Charlie and Pauline Allen, and sister, Martha King.
Curtis is survived by his beloved wife, Sue Allen of Weatherford, Texas; daughter, Julie Snider; son, Cody Allen and his wife, Sandy; five grandchildren, Curtlynn Allen, Daxton Snider, Nolan Allen, Taylor Allen, and Maryn Allen; as well as his siblings, Kathy Walters and husband, Jon, Charles Allen and wife, Bertie, and Paula McDonald and husband, Terry; and numerous loved ones.
In honor of Curtis's life, the family will hold a private Celebration of Life. His spirit will live on in the cherished memories of those he has left behind.
