Corrine Wilkinson Schmidt

  Corrine Wilkinson Schmidt, 87, of Weatherford, died Thursday, May 17, 2007, in a local nursing center. Corrine was born November 17, 1919, in White Flat, Texas, to Robert S. and Myrtle Wilkinson. 

  She was a Bank Teller in Spur and Hamlin, Texas and a Bookkeeper at Pied Piper Feed in Hamlin. Corrine liked the outdoors and loved to walk. She was a 27 year breast cancer survivor. 

  Her parents; two sisters, Mary Jaunise and Rita; and brother, Levi, precede her in death; and husband, Bill Schmidt preceded her in death in 1984.   

  Survivors: Sons; John Schmidt and wife, Valene of Weatherford, and Fred L. Schmidt and wife, Cindy of Fort Worth; sister, Gwendlyn Randels and husband, Loyd of Granbury; grandchildren, Jaylon, Jolynn, Jennifer, Christofer, and Lauren; great grandchildren, Savannah and Julian. 

  A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, May 26, 2007, in the Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel. Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel in charge of local arrangements, Interment will be held in Hamlin, Texas.
