Colt Allen Bowens

  Colt Allen Bowens, 32, passed away Monday, November 16, 2015. He was born August 28, 1983, in Weatherford, and returned from San Angelo last year. He worked as a construction worker with his dad. Colt enjoyed gymnastics and skateboarding when he was younger. Colt was the son of Ted Bowens, step-mother Barbara Bowens and mother Shelia Carpenter. He was a member of The Gathering Church in Brock and enjoyed being a part of their Young Adults Group.

  Colt is survived by his daughter, Taylor Madison Bowens; son, Colt Allen Bowens, Jr; parents, Ted Bowens and Shelia Carpenter; former wife, Celia Bowens; sisters, Angel Bowens and Toni Bowens; brothers, Ryan Mills and Austin Carpenter; grandparents, Toni Posey, Ruth Whitmire, Terrell Whitmire, and Robert Teel .

  Jesse Tunnel and Jacob Jenkins will officiate. Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel in charge of arrangements.

  Funeral 10:00 a.m., Friday, November, 20, 2015, at Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel. Interment East Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation Thursday, November 19, 2015, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
