Charlie Robert Kemp passed away July 22, 2016. He was born the son of V. Edmond and LaVada Fenner Kemp, September 30, 1936 in Weatherford. Charlie spent his early years rodeoing. He was a quality control manager for many years, but enjoyed raising cattle most.
Charlie is survived by his wife LaJune Kemp; son K.C. Kemp; grandchildren, Paden and Grace; sisters, Dixie Trent and Jimmie Cornelson; brother, Silas Kemp; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
A Celebration of Life will be held 5-7 p.m., Wednesday, July 27 at Galbreaith-Pickard Funeral Chapel.
