Charles Allen Hartley

  Charles Allen Hartley, age 68, of Weatherford, died Wednesday evening, February 18, 2009, in the local hospital. He was born January 10, 1941 in Georgia and a resident of Weatherford for many years. Before retirement he was a salesman for Permanent Cookware, a cook at J W Quickstop and a member of the Baptist Church. His parents, George and Nannie Lee Hartley preceded him in death.

  Survivors: wife, Shirley Hartley of Weatherford; sons, Tim Hartley and wife, Ruth and Jeffery Hartley and wife, Crissy; sisters, Cathey Routh and husband, Jack and Billie Green; sister-in-law, Sandra Boucher; brother, Wayne Hartley and wife, Judy; grandchildren, Shelby and Tanna Hartley; and several nieces and nephews.

    Graveside service will be held 2:00 p.m., Saturday, February 21, 2009, in the Central Cemetery. Visitation is from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Friday, at the funeral home.
