Celetha Griggs Bryant

  Celetha Griggs Bryant, age 89, passed away Wednesday, August 1, 2012 in Weatherford, Texas. She was born on November 16, 1922, to Charles and Bertha Griggs, in DeQueen, Arkansas. Celetha was a longtime resident of Weatherford.
 
 Celetha was preceded in death by her parents; husband, William Bryant; and brothers, Travis C. Griggs, Floyd C. Griggs and Kenneth R. Griggs.
 
  She is survived by her brother, Derrell Griggs and wife, Janice of Weatherford; sister-in-law, Evelyn Griggs of Woodville; nieces, Dena Soszynski and husband, Jarek of Krakow, Poland; Pam Schmitt and husband, Tom of Port Aransas; Susan Griggs of Coffeyville, Kansas; Lorelii Paine and husband, Tom of Mansfield, Washington; and Donna Griggs of Carlsbad, California; nephews, David Griggs of Killeen; Kenneth W. Griggs and wife, Lana of Weatherford; 15 grand-nieces and nephews, and 23 great-grand nieces and nephews;
 
  Graveside service will be held on Saturday, August 4, 2012 at 10:00 a.m., Buckner Cemetery in Parker County, Texas. Visitation will be from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Friday, August 3, 2012 at Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel. Services are under the direction of Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel.
