Carlton Marvin Johnson

  Carlton Johnson, 88, of Weatherford, Texas, passed away peacefully Friday, May 15, 2015, in a hospital. Mr. Johnson was born on April 2, 1927 in Wichita, Kansas. Carlton is a retired aerospace engineer from Bell Helicopter in Hurst, Texas. He enjoyed visiting with family, taking trips, fishing, watching football and baseball especially when his grandson was playing baseball.

  Carlton is survived by his wife of 62 years, Wynema Johnson; daughter, Becky Baldwin, her husband, Jerry of Newark, Texas; son, Tim Johnson, his wife, Naomi of Weatherford, Texas. He has three grandchildren, Ashley Real, Taylor Johnson, and Jill Houser; and two great-grandchildren, Cora Houser and Cami Houser.

  Visitation at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, May 17, 2015, at Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel. Funeral Service 10:00 a.m., Monday, May 18, 2015, at Friendship Baptist Church Weatherford, Texas. Interment City Greenwood Cemetery.
