Brenda Joyce Fulfer

Brenda Joyce Fulfer, 72, passed from this life on Tuesday, December 20, 2022. Brenda was born November 17, 1950, in Lipan, Texas to Raymond Thomas Patterson and Lessie Joy (Miller) Patterson.

In 1969, Brenda graduated from Mineral Wells High School. Brenda and her husband Willie started their own business, Player’s Sportstuff in 1990. After many years as a business owner, she made the decision to attend college, and enrolled in the nursing program. In 2005, she graduated from Weatherford College as a board-certified registered nurse. Brenda was a member of the First Baptist Church, and was a skilled musician, specializing in the keyboard and piano. Brenda most enjoyed spending time and playing games with her family. They were the light of her life.

Brenda is survived by her husband, Willie Nathan Fulfer of Weatherford, Texas; children, Kindle Collins and husband, Michael of Weatherford, Texas, Phillip Phillips of Weatherford, Texas, Wesley Fulfer of Austin, Texas, and Sheralyn Rogers and husband, Kevin of Stephenville, Texas; grandchildren, Courtney, Hallie, Isla, and Bellamy; great-grandchild, Avyntean; siblings, Ray Patterson of Palo Pinto, Texas and Ronnie Patterson of Santo, Texas; and many loving family and friends.

Brenda was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond and Lessie Patterson.

A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Thursday, December 29, 2022, at Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel, 913 North Elm Street, Weatherford, Texas 76086. Following the service, a procession will make its way to Memory Gardens Cemetery, in Weatherford, Texas for burial.

A time of visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, December 28, 2022, at the funeral chapel.
