Bonnie Lee Peoples

  Bonnie Lee Peoples, 79, passed away Sunday, May 13, 2012. Bonnie was born February 21, 1933, in Dennis, Texas, to Ruby Lorene and Virgil Larry McBee. She was a lifelong resident of Parker County.

  Mrs. Peoples was a member of North Side Baptist Church and enjoyed time with friends and family. Bonnie loved playing slow pitch softball and volleyball and did so until the age of 51.

  Survivors include her husband, J.C.; daughters, Marcy Peoples Lewis and husband, Jeff and Shirley Peoples Baugh and husband, Simeon; three grandchildren, Shaley Morgan, Jayme Lindley and fiancée, Cole Geeo, and Ryan Morgan; a great grandson, Bryson Geeo; and many nieces and nephews.

  A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, at Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel. Visitation will be from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, at the funeral home. Burial will be in East Greenwood Cemetery.
