Billy B. Neeper, 81, of Weatherford, passed away Monday, December 30, 2019, at his residence.
Visitation: 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Thursday, at Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel.
Interment: 10:15 a.m., Monday, January 6, 2020, at DFW National Cemetery.
Billy was born October 27, 1938, in Richland Springs, Texas, to E.R and Nevert Dacus Neeper. He was a shipping and receiving clerk and a truck driver for Motion Industries. Billy loved to fish and play pool.
He was preceded in death by his parents; sons, Billy Eugene and Mikel Neeper; and in 2017 his special friend, Helen Medllin.
Billy is survived by his son, Kenneth Neeper and wife, Lori, grandchildren, Matthew and Daniel Neeper, all of Arlington.
