Bettye Jane Myers

  Bettye Jane Myers, 77, of Weatherford, passed away Tuesday March 3, 2009, at a local nursing center. Bettye was born June 29, 1931, in Locus Grove, Oklahoma, to Levi and Pauline Grass. She was the owner of a restaurant, and a member of the Cherokee Nation and North Side Baptist Church. 

  Bettye is survived by granddaughter, Katrina Courtney and husband, Ben; great grandchildren, Sequoyah and Takoda, all of Weatherford; and brothers, Mike Presley of Brownfield, and Jim Grass of Seminole. 

  Memorial Service to be held at a later date. Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
