Betty Jo Vreugdenhil passed away on Tuesday, December 4, 2012.
Betty was born on June 18, 1934, in Wetumka, Oklahoma. She was a bill collector for 20 years until retiring in 2001. Betty and her husband moved to Weatherford, Texas in 2000.
Betty leaves behind her husband of 12 years, Robert Vreugdenhil; sons, Wayne Carrigan and his wife, Troy, James Carrigan and his wife, Lynora; four grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; one great grandchild; and a sister, Mable Merkey.
A graveside service will be held at 1 pm, Friday, December 7, 2012 at Johnson Cemetery. She will lie in state at Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel on Thursday, December 6, 2012.
Galbreaith Pickard is in charge of arrangements.
