Barney Loyd Eidson, 78, of Weatherford, died Wednesday, December 13, 2006, in a local nursing facility.
Graveside Service: 2:00 p.m., Thursday, December 14, 2006. Interment: East Greenwood
Born August 28, 1928 in Oklahoma City, he was a resident of Parker County for several years. Barney was a Chemical Engineer for Bell Helicopter for 36 years and raised Love Birds for a while after he retired.
Survivors: wife of 60 years, Clara Eidson of Weatherford; sons, Ronnie Eidson and wife, Sandee of Watauga, and Danny Eidson of Eidna, Minnesota; sister, Inez Songer of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; and granddaughter, Jennifer Eidson.
