Avelina A. Green, 69, of Weatherford, died Saturday, September 10, 2011, in a Fort Worth hospital. Mrs. Green was born December 29, 1941, in the Philippines. She was a homemaker, loved fishing, and was a member of the VFW Auxiliary.
Avelina is survived by: special friend, Louis Sharp of Weatherford; son, Mario Alferes Reyes of the Philippines; nieces, Lita Bilsky of Arlington and Nina Harkness of Erie, Pennsylvania.
Graveside service: 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, at East Greenwood Cemetery.
