Antonio Martinez, Jr.

  Antonio Martinez, Jr., age 59, died on Friday, February 18, 2011 in Weatherford after a long battle with cancer. Antonio was born on November 13, 1951, to Antonio and Trinidad Galindo Martinez, in Slaton, Texas. 

  He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Martha Hernandez; and brothers, Natividad Martinez and Charles Martinez. 

  Antonio leaves behind his daughters, Conswello Rocha and husband, Bernardino of Fort Worth, and Hope Bullard and husband, Lonnie of Cleburne; sons, Gilbert Martinez of Lewiston, Maine, Ernest Martinez and wife, Kelly of Lewiston, Maine, and George Martinez of Fort Worth; eleven grandchildren; sisters, Martha Trevino and husband, Lupe of Weatherford, Susannaa Martinez and husband, Tony of Weatherford and Hilda Arellano and husband, Adolfo of Weatherford and Geneva Delgado and husband, Lupe of Mansfield; brothers, Joe Martinez and wife, Susie of Fort Worth, Richard Pina and wife, Tommie of Weatherford, Marshall Martinez and wife, Soccoro of Weatherford, Raymond Martinez and wife, Rosa of Weatherford and Ernest Martinez of Fort Worth; and numerous nieces and nephews. 

  Rosary will be held on Sunday, February 20, 2011, at 7:00 p.m., at Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, February 21, 2011, at 2:00 p.m., at St. Stephen’s Catholic Church with Father John Casey officiating and burial to follow in the East Greenwood Cemetery.
