Ann Rodgers

  Ann Price Rodgers, 71, of Azle, went to be with the Lord on Monday, March 31, 2014, after a six year battle with pulmonary fibrosis. Ann was born August 3, 1942, in Mineral Wells, the only child to Vernon Price and Laverne Graham Price.

  Ann loved reading, fishing, yard work, keeping up with school mates and missionary work with Brother Mike and Connie Helton.

  Ann was preceded in death by her parents, Vernon and Laverne Price; husband, Larry; son, Billy Williams and Eddie and Margie O’Bannon, who were like parents after the death of Ann’s mother.

  Survivors include her children, Steve Williams and Lynn Duffy; five grandchildren and four great grandchildren; best friend, Betty Owen and a cousin, Maybelle Criner who was more like a sister to Ann.

  A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Monday, at Azleland Memorial Gardens.  Visitation is from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., Sunday, at the funeral home.
