Alice Wiggins, age 86, of Weatherford, died early Sunday morning, October 4, 2009 in a local nursing facility. She was born December 22, 1922 in Mineral Wells, a resident of Weatherford for several years. She was a Veteran of the U. S. Navy, a retired telephone operator and a homemaker.
Alice was preceded in death by a son, Darrell L. Lusk; parents, James and Pearl McClendon; and her husband, Carl Wayne Wiggins.
Survivors: son, Randy Cameron and wife, Karan of Weatherford; five grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren.
Graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, October 7, 2009, in Memory Gardens Cemetery. Visitation will be 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, October 6, at the funeral home.
