Alexandra Elizabeth Hernandez, age 13, died on Wednesday evening, August 31, 2011 She was born December 15, 1997 in Weatherford, where she had lived all her life. Alex was a student at Tison Middle School, former student of Hall Middle School, Seguin Elementary and a member of St. Stephens Catholic Church.
