Aleene Kee, age 94, of Weatherford, died Friday evening, June 11, 2010, in the local hospital.
Born August 29, 1915 in Country, Arkansas, a resident of Weatherford for several years. She was a retired cashier, member of the South Main Street Church of Christ, and she was an avid bridge player.
Mrs. Kee was preceded in death by her husband, C. R. Kee and her parents, James and Ricey Cotner.
Her survivors include son, Jim Richmond and wife, Carol of Weatherford; sisters, Ellen Elmore of Carlsbad and Eva Godwin of Newport, Arkansas; two grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
Graveside service: 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, June 16, 2010, in Carlsbad Cemetery.
